The Superbowl has been a real snore fest ever since Janet's wardrobe malfunction. The commercials aren't even funny anymore and the pre-show and half-time show suck! I read my book while hubby watched the game. I saw some of the commercials. There were some funny ones but for $3 million for 30 seconds of air time they should all be amazing! I heard it mentioned that because of the whole “nip slip” with Janet Jackson’s Super Bowl appearance they are playing it super safe with their entertainment. Way to go Janet.

I’m sorta going through one of those “don’t know what I wanna read” phases. I’m reading through This Book is Overdue! at a steady clip, but nothing secondary at the moment. I started Middlesex and I *think* I’ll stick with it. We’ll see.

Cookies – yes! I did make chocolate chunk cookies yesterday and proceeded to eat way more of them than I should have.

I’m listening to The Swan Thieves and it’s ok so far. I’ll be watching for your review as I’ve been debating on getting the book and reading while listening.
