Remember the 100 Mile Fitness Challenge? Where we pledged to walk 100 miles in 3 months? And some of us followed through and some of us…well, didn’t? Starting January 1st, Amanda and I are once again hosting the challenge. Except for this go around we’ve made some changes allowing for a lot more flexibility.
If you’ve been thinking you want to get off of your butt and get a little exercise (or a lot of exercise), and you need some motivation, skip on over to the re-named Get Moving Fitness Challenge and check it out. And think about joining us…the more the merrier!

Oh, I want to do yoga too! I also walk, but I am not sure how many miles I can actually tread! This looks to be a great challenge, and since I can walk and listen to audiobooks, I might have to think about signing up!
